We are available to teach and consult in your community.
We offer experiential workshops in a wide range of heirloom skills, most notably in the garden, the kitchen, the herb patch, and with animals. All workshops include informational presentations as well as hands-on learning. In addition to being homesteaders, we are both trained therapists, and like to work on the edges between self-care and earth-care, helping people transform themselves and their communities towards regenerative structures for abundant living.
We offer slide and lecture presentations on urban homesteading, healing through homesteading, and the application of permaculture principles to home, work and play. These presentations include a question and answer forum and can include an experiential portion as well.
Please contact us about your specific needs. We will consult with you about what’s important to you, and craft an appropriate set of offerings specific to your situation. We are flexible and knowledgeable about the wide range of homesteading activities and their application to the greater project of cultural sustainability. We love to visit people in their home places, and support the development of homesteading skills and greater community resilience.
